Hiking and running are popular pastimes in the city of Victoria BC.  There are many wonderful hiking trails both in and around the city.

The 5 km David Foster Harbour Pathway that runs along the harbour from the Victoria Cruise Ship Port (Ogden Point) to Bay Street passes by many city landmarks and tourist attractions.

The oceanfront trail that runs along Dallas Road is a great place to hike.  Hikers can enjoy wonderful views of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Other popular trails can be found in Thetis Lake Park, Mount Douglas Park and Elk-Beaver Lake Regional Park.
