The Songhees Walkway is a popular place to enjoy a walk or run in the Vic West District (Victoria West) of Greater Victoria.
From the walkway, one can enjoy excellent views of the BC Legislature, Empress Hotel and the entire Inner Harbour.

Visitors can easily access the Songhees Walkway from downtown Victoria via the pedestrian-friendly Johnson Street Bridge.
Vic West was once an ugly industrial district of the city. Today, it is home to a gorgeous waterfront and a number of modern hotels.
